This Returns Policy was last updated on the 19th April, 2018.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All our products except underwear are eligible for free returns and exchanges, no questions asked. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We won’t accept goods damaged after purchase.
To initiate a return, please call us at 077 141 1919, or email email@example.com. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (E.g. your order confirmation email). Once you reach out to us, we will arrange the most convenient return option for you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed afterwards, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account/credit balance again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 077 141 1919.
We are more than happy to replace items if they do not fit, are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at email@example.com or at 077 141 1919.
Please note that exchanges can only be done to items at a similar price point to the one you want to exchange. Your exchange will be done completely free of charge, however, if you need to exchange a second time around, a charge of LKR 350 will apply.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping for exchanges and returns are handled by us in collaboration with our delivery partners. If you want to make alternative arrangements (e.g. drop by our warehouse) please contact us beforehand.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
