Absolutely high quality materials!👌 Almost an addiction! Specially love their Premium crew necks. Hope they add more colors. Also,
Really wish they have a outlet to try outfits before buying.

I initially had the following message, but I happily revised it to give a 5-star rating as Bear Appeal promptly assisted me with exchanging items and skillfully resolved my issue.

Initial message:

I am writing to inform you that the product I received this time (Long Sleeves Henley Neck) has several errors. Specifically, there is a problem with the shape of its neck, rendering it unusable. Previously, I purchased the same product from you with a free neck and it was of good quality. Therefore, I kindly request an exchange for the same type of product.

I would greatly appreciate your prompt response regarding this matter.
