I felt like the Polos in BearAppeal are not maintaining the same quality compared to crew-neck tshirts. I ordered 2 of the Polos recently but there stitches are not strong which comes apart at seams. Disppointed.

First time ordering. I received the package within 2 days and am satisfied with the material used. Even though I followed the standard size guide provided on the website, the item was a bit smaller than expected. However, after contacting customer service, they asked me to send the item back via the Speed Post service provided by Sri Lanka Post (postage charges apply). Once I informed them that I had sent the package back, they offered me a 100% off coupon code so I could purchase another Polo in a different size/color that I prefer.
