2. Check if your credit/debit card has sufficient funds available to make the purchase.
Once you’ve established that the balance is not an issue, try placing the order again.
3. Clear your browser cache.
Sometimes web browsers behave strangely and make funny things happen when payment gateways are involved. Clear your browser cache and try placing the order again, or try an alternate browser this time.
4. Try an alternative payment method.
Within the Colombo district, you can pay for your orders with cash upon delivery. From anywhere in the country, you can also pay with a bank transfer. Place the order again and choose one of these payment methods.
